New build new member and having some trouble getting this thing cranked up all it wants to do is pop while turning over like it’s out of time well triple checked and it’s spot on

Check for strong consistent spark with the plug pulled. If it's erratic or weak, you need to dive deeper.

Unhook the spark plug boot, crank for a handful of seconds, check the plug for wetness, and make sure fuel is actually getting through.

The coil, the plug boot, on off switch, key switch, power relay, pick-up coil, ect could need to be checked. If you search for no start thread, there are some with break downs on how to check these out.

Could be as simple as needing a new spark plug.
