02 warrior 350 rebuilt front to back. i got on a trade for something. it was beat on bad. i didnt have to put any cash out to get it so thats a bonus but it was beat. I stripped the bike down everything and anything. I got all pivotworks bearings/bushing for every moving part on the bike. the frame, swingarm, a-arms, foot rests, axle, hubs etc. everything was sandblasted and painted black. upgraded the air filter to the 2stage uni filter, rejetted carb, polished bottom motor cases and beadblasted the cylinders to paint them black. motor is bored .20 over with a weisco piston/rings. top end valve job. dirt digger clutch kit. all new gaskets all around. rebuild front/rear master cylinders. stainless brake lines. DG exhaust (ill get a hmf in future). new sprockets with a 14 tooth in front. new ebc pads all around. rear rotor. put all new grease fittings all around. refinished plastics. i covered the bike front to back so i dont have to mess with it for a while other than routine maintence. i only have a few pics of the tear down and when its done ill get some new pics up.
