Try and pop start it behind another quad if it fires up let it warm up and see if it starts easy after that. Let it cool down over night and try to start it cold again if it won`t start replace the stator. I know you have spark and the stator might ohm out ok but I`ve seen that issue on a lot of...

I have an 87 Warrior frame and swing arm from a quad I`m parting out. It`s in good shape I don`t have any paper work for it. If anyone wants it come get it I`m in Sewaren N.J. I`m going to hang on to it til the new year them its going to the scrap yard. P.M. me if interested.

Yes there`s an O-Ring that goes around the big alignment pin with the oil passage.

Did you put the O-Rings between the cylinder and the case?

I`ve had a few stripped pilots in the stock carb before. Get a left handed drill bit and it might grab it and spin it out.

It`s 43 lb ft on the cam bolt. I always out a little blue loctite on the bolt too.

I have a set of +2 ASR A-Arms and Tie Rods. They were mounted on a quad but not ridden with from the looks of them. They have no wear anywhere on them. Asking $320 shipped a brand new set is $470 from ASR.

Mike that lever is a compression release for the pull start. It was only on 87-88 Warriors. I would try to figure out why it`s stuck in gear first. And from the looks of it someone opened the wiring harness to check the orange wire to the coil. I`m sure it`s because there`s no spark. I can`t...
