well i guess ill be ordering that this week and hopefully getting the jug bored soon. i havent been on much bc i recently got a new job, moved back to my hometown, and got married. my crank went out end of last summer and its been torn down since. luckily im not too far off from getting it...

hey guys, i almost have my warrior back together from the crank going bad on me. All i need to do is get the jug bored and put an oil pump in and i should be ready to ride again. I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere cheap to get an oil pump from. South Seattle powersports wants 73$...

all i need to get my warrior back together is to get the jug bored and an oil pump. if anyone has one that is good and doesnt have any scarring inside the pump assembly let me know.

i just got a hot rods rod put in on my warrior, the dealership that did the crank told me that the hot rods kit was about the best there is

with that crank i believe the jug need to be bored .040 and you have to use their piston along with the crank which is around 250$ give or take.

theres no bearing, its just a wrist pin that presses into the sides of the piston. the bearing he may be thinking of is just a bronze bushing, as stated by jasonp, that is in the rod itself

I just wiggled mine a little bit and it came out w/o any tapping required.

well bud i just got mine rebuilt at the local dealership and it cost me 215.89. The cost for the rod, a hot rods rod, was 144$ and the labor was 65. Only reason the rod cost me so much is bc they wouldnt install anything bought else where so that reamed me. I would have rather had a hot rods...
