Thanks and it can only get better!!! Thanks, funny thing is you'll probably never see another set of them with the same color setup unless they are custom like mine!!! They were just completely polished aluminum, but the guy I bought them from powder coated. So I had him do the main rim...

    No spark

The stator is like the 80%-90% problem for no start/no sparks, just the way it is. The 2 warriors Ive had both needed atleast a pulsar, the 99 needing an entire stator.

    No spark

What did the stator ohm and is it aftermarket or stock? I ask because stock and aftermarket stators have different ohming values. Also you may want to pull the plastics and make sure that theres no damaged wiring. 9 times out of 10 no spark is either, stator, coil, grounds or damaged...

    Cam clearance

The clearance issue is with the exhaust rocker arm and the valve cover. The reinforcement fin on the inside needs to be modified. I just dremeled the contact point down till it cleared and went a little farther one it did.

    piston size

The gasket kits your looking at are the same. As long as it says YFM350 thats the warrior/raptor motor. Now if it siad yfz350 that would be the Banshee!!!

    Single pass oil cooler???

You could mount it under the normal place, should be able to fit the standard cooler we all use then.

    exhaust interchangeability?

With rappy stuff in the aftermarket it may or may not be a direct bolt on. I had to do some modifications to get my Yoshi to sit where it needed to. Along with adding about 4" between the slip-on and header. The headers are identical though.

warrior 350 taking forever to start

The 300 and 500 is for aftermarket stators, Id have to look up the exact specs for a stocker. but you having one thats ohming at over 400 means you do need a stator. And heres another happy RMstator user/customer!!!
