    piston size

The over bore would really be your call. You can actually go as big as .080 over which would be a 366. Any over bore will run slightly hotter than stock, but as freak siad oil cooler would counter act that. In my eyes even bone stock warriors can benefit from a cooler.

You'll never out run them, but the warrior being a trail bred quad if you can ride you'll be able to get them in woods situations. Plus you've got the old Warrior reliability on your side!! If I can get away next weekend I just might have to give you a hand!!

please help got spark no start

Ok couple things, you need to get that stator ohmed, check all grounds and connections. Like Ed (yamahauler) siad you can have spark and it not be hot enough to light the air fuel mixture. On the rebiuld side if you do go big bore, just get the 366 JE in 10.5:1 since you can still run pump gas...

    How wide is to wide??

Its not really a requirement, but suggested and just makes sense. Do you plan to widen the rear eventually? I do have a set of ITP rear wheels that I dont plan on using at all that are offset for more width. If memory serves me correct its atleast an 1" each side. And since I never had any...
