Well I found the 4th rim it's a ITP C-series type 7 just not the sport lock but it's identical to my 3 sport locks minus the ring and it's not black but I'll make it work just have to drill twelve 1/4" deep holes around the outer bead and tap them for the Allen bolts to fasten the ring to it...
