i know i have had alot of quads on the dyno and it is harder then what you think it is to make big hp we have a thing called dyno days at a bike shop by me and ppl think they have way more power then what they do when it comes to the dyno and it dont lie

that would b more then most moded 450s bc they r only like 50 if that with full p&p and a pipe and cams a stock 450 is like 30 35 hp to the wheels ..... i have a full race yz426 motor on my quad and it is only 53.6 at the wheels and my quad will walk all over full race 450s

bc to get 20hp more out of that motor will b hard to do i think the fst kit is only like a 15% gain in power and i think that kit is 1300 just for the kit then all the work that has to b put in to it to get that kit in there that would b like 1000 more with p&p all i was saying is that i dont...

i had a full race setup on my motor it was setup for flat track and it was done at suters speed shop in madison wi this guy does alot of work with maxxpower they have the ice cube big bore kits that r making the most power on the 450s right now .... and 35 i think that could happen but not much...

when i had my warrior motor in my quad it was just over 30 hp and that was on race gas i think that is about all you can get out of the motor i dont think that one would ever b 40hp it would b to hard to get that much power out of that motor the biggest power adder you can do is a carb and pipe...

and the shock rate should b the same for both shocks

oic you can make your shock softer at the bottom just turn the adjuster to how soft you want it are hard and just set it up to how you ride

thank you and i bet they do i got first last weekend at r drags in the 400 to 700 mod class there was a lot of quads with nos but you can only put so much power to the ground

how old is the shock bc it could b just bad if it is real hard the spring is just for how high it sits and a lil to do with how it rides but i would say that it is a bad shock if it is real hard

is it 100 yards or a 100 foot drags and it sounds cool i wish i could go and beat up on sum fast quads i can get 78 mph in 300 ft drags on clay i would love to try the sand

all of the jets i have r bigger so i cant help you with the jets

you can get the jet at sudco racing or any place thet sells atv parts i will look and see what all jets i have for that carb and if you need them i can send them to you that carb will b the best thing you can to with your motor kit

that jet should b good to start with and you dont want to go back to the stock carb and your air box should fit on there i had my air box on my quad with the same thing

my rims are 4+1 i think i will go look and see

i have +2 a arms on my quad and it is 48.5 so that would put you at 51.5 and you can not ride that at most places you have to b under 50 in to ride on a trail that is why a utv cant b more then 50 in wide

the shocks will b to long for a warrior i have both quads and preditor is a lot longer shock then a warrior
