Heres how I kept the raptor 350 clutch cable off motor and header. Used two 3/8" metal rubber clamps. $1.50 at hardware store. The raptor 350 had a tap welded to frame to help keep it inline I saw on frames.

You don't need them. You can just unplug it all and remove all the wiring. If you dont know your in neutral or reverse theres a mental problem. If you need them lights just drill two new holes in the hood and move them. It's not hard just dont over think it.
