my bike wont start.wen i timed it the cam gear wont line up perfect.it off by like 3 eights on either side.cam i get some one to take a picture of a cam gear so i can compare it to mine.so i can tell if mine is so wore that its off a bit.the bike was running before i put piston rings in it.

i bought the bike not to long ago.it rolls over great has bright blue spark.when i bought it it had bad compression so i installed new piston rings.does the bike have to have a clutch cable to run?

the carb boot is riped a little what could i use to seal it up.

yep it ran before i changed the rings.

ok so when i roll it over it does nothing,but if i put gas in the cylinder i get flames out the pipe until the gas gets burnt out of there like its backfiring.i am puzzled.and frustrated.

i tried to lign it up.like i said it very close.i will turn it one turn.and yes i du have a manual.so let me see if i have tis right its back firing cause the intake is opening wen the exhaust is supposed to be open.and that why its out 1 turn

I just put a set of rings in my warrior and now it wont start.this is what all i did. set the timing but i cant get the cam gear ligned up it seems to be 1 tooth past or 1 tooth before its weird.i did not remove the mageto.theres lots of spark.the plug is wet.and when i tried to start it a lil...

How do you tell the top ring from the second ring down.i just bought new rings.

whats the best way to break it in and how long?

i'm installing new piston rings and gaskets. is it alright to do this work in cold weather or does it have to be a warm shop.

What do you mean get oil for wet clutches.can i use regular oil.and whats happens when i use regular oil?
