just swap the stator and magnito from the 99 into 87 motor then the 87 motor will work with the 99 harness

cheap ? grab your skateboard and pull a wheel off

unplug the wires coming from the clutch lever and plug them in to each other on the harness side

i believe that would be the carrie mount hole but i unsure as i have always use the first gen carrie do you have the swingarm already ?

use the 660 link with the warrior wishbone

you might wanna look into the raptor 350 clutch mod

you also may need a longer chian as the gen is 1" longer

sounds like a bad ground or bad battery

150 - 180 is good compression anything under 120 on a warrior is bad

after doing a little looking. it looks like you have a caltric stator that is the wrong year. that brown wire at one time was in the plug with the red green and white wires ... pull the stator cover off and i bet there is only on pick up coil insted of 2 like it should have the 88-89 stator...
