okay to sum this up, a yfz 450 carrier will work for building a custom swingarm with 87mm straps. ill have pics up soon of my swingarm build cause i just bought a swingarm for $28 on ebay now i just need to find 1" OD .120 wall steel.

i emailed a bearing dealer and they said 40/62mm bearings for yfz carriers

its ok if its too wide but then what axle and bearings is 87 using they sell some for 35mm and 40mm

so is a durablue axle for warrior where the bearing rides 35mm or 40mm, i cant get to mine for a few days and came across a couple carriers one for a yfz 450 and a banshee. or what carrier do i need to fit my durablue axle and 87mm straps.

i got them on sale for $20 ea. about a year ago at denniskirk.com and just recently put them on this spring. i got the 10" ring for front 10" rim and i got 9" ring for rear 9" rim.

yea as long as you got a good welder and line them up good. a welder at john deere i know well did mine for free. i had the rolled lip rim though and itp rings. i cut the half of rolled lip off with plasma and ground flat to like a 1/2" flat lip on the rim.

okay im almost done with my a arms and found a great pair of 03 raptor 660 front shocks. what is your shock length for +2 a arms that dont make it sit too high or too low?

are all years the same and wats the mm like 87mm? since im making extended a arms i might as well do a swinger hah.

check your conectors rm stator wires pop out of the plastic plug when pressed together, it cut out on me at 1/4 throotle and i un plugged and 2 wires werent in all the way. im thinkin about making splices and heat shrink them.

well since i did a white on my frame the first time i went mudding i thought id never get it off then i sprayed john deere chain lube on my chain and the black oil that sling all over was on my frame too and i just sprayed simple green and let it set for 3 min and washed with a hose and looks...
