Ten minuts on the forum and problem solved!

LOL 145 jet with a K&N is lean well then mine is toast, I have a 136 main on my K&N setup, it ran fine but now it doesn't like to rev up from idle to WOT. It will run like it is, but am planning on changeing jets.

    YFM350 Chat :)

    topend question about compression

Well I would think you would need to measure the drop in the valves when they are compressed into the cylinder to make sure they don't hit the piston when it comes up. I would think to if the piston is it full up stroke and is the top if the cylinder it wouldn't reach the valves. You might find...

I haven't done anything don't have the money to keep going with what I need to do. carb problems

I am not real good with jetting either, but does it just pop when you slow down, are you letting completly off the throttle then it cuts out? They say if it pops on decel then its lean on the pilot but you already have a 45 in it, but you may need to go a tad bigger, once you let off the...

    FST 450 warrior?

I just read in a issue of dirt wheels over at my dads that FST built a 450 warrior!! don't know which issue it was in but man it looked cool, they put I think its a stroker kit in it with a 87.? mm bore in it. did some vavles, cam, 38mm carb adn some other stuff looked nice as hell and bet it...

    wheel spacers......

I don't know what these are just know they are thick and heavy, looks pretty well built. I don't know if I would ever even use them again.

    wheel spacers......

I have the solid wheel spacers, and ran them once and then took them off didn't like them, they sucked in the sand hit a rut or a rough of dunes and it will force your handle bars to lock one way or the other, though it did make it lots easier to turn and make the steering feel light.

    Intake backfire

Yea the fuel has to be turned out to almost falling out, so about 4 turns before it quits or runs decent. I thought it might be way too lean on the pilot.
  13. D

    Intake backfire

Would that be pilot or main or both?

    Intake backfire

Mine does this when its cold and warming up it kinda like coughs back into the intake but still runs.

    Sprocket alignment

I just mentioned incase it slipped your mind or you missed it, other than useing the factory lines and marks its the only way I know your adjusted and lined right. Mine has a old worn chain and sprocket set and it has a couple spots it gets tight when spun around.
  16. D

    Sprocket alignment

Its not lined up when you tightened the chain up, one side is tighter than the other if that makes sense? You have the two adjusters under there, if one is offset of the other then of course the rear sprocket won't be lined perfect with the front. The tight spot you feel every so often is the...

    Warrior Won't start

I have thought about doing something with a back up light, like useing a small light that they use to light up your tag plate, but have it wired up to when you put it in reverse the light comes on. Dunno know you would go about that, might be able to wire off the red reverse light up front or...

A testament to the strength and reliability of the Warrior...

Yea they are tough, I have rolled mine twice, just bending the bars and messing up the lights, and had a partial head on collision with a blaster, all 3 times it was a restart and take off except for the head on I busted a tie rod end but rode it back to my truck and loaded it up on my own.

    Warrior Won't start

I have been having issues with mine as well, carb wise. I got to get some bigger jets, but the way I found out was when it was running(this was tricky) I turn the mixture out till I could get mine to pin the WOT at this point my mixture screw was almost out so that tells me I need eithe ra...
