06 Raptor knock in bottom end

If it stops with the clutch pulled in I would start there. Pull the clutch cover and see what it looks like in there. Clutch might be toast.

    Front shocks

Well I have banshees on there now and they are more than blown out, they keep unscrewing themselves on the trails and its pretty dangerous. Here is my problem, every set of banshee shocks are going for 60+ and thats for ones off an 91. I mean how do the banshee shocks compare to the warrior...

this is why i hate touching my exhaust

Stay away from the Kobalt brand from lowes. I snapped one of the extractors off inside a screw that was fully drilled out. Pos

    Wire Harness Swap

Check your grounds and see if you can pop start it. Also jump the starter solenoid to see if its bad.

    Whats wrong with this warrior??

But the whole motor is reversed? the clutch cover is on the opposite side and the pull start is on the right side (when sitting on it) instead of the left? The exhaust is reversed and the chain is too.

    Clutch cover gets very hot!

Well I did the drilling and tapping today and the drilling went well but the tapping did not. The first hole went great no issues the 2nd one was fine until I heard something strange. I looked on the inside and saw the tap popped through the side of the oil galley! So Im pissed, now i have to...

    Clutch cover gets very hot!

Yea and with that thermostat fan controller being pretty cheap all anyone would need to do is get a fan from a raptor, yfz, or any atv with a sealed fan motor.

    Clutch cover gets very hot!

I was thinking of adding a fan to it with this harness http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DER-13021/?rtype=10 It would probably run all the time though if you guys are saying that these motors run on the 200+ side.

    Clutch cover gets very hot!

Summit had free shipping on the cooler I wanted so I got it for 27 bucks! All I need is the hose now. Being a plumber I got all the fittings I need! Might even pipe it up in hard aluminum pipe! lol

Ten minuts on the forum and problem solved!

145 jet is way to lean for a k&n filter and fmf exhaust. I would run 150+ jet on that. Don't run it lean or you will smoke that motor.

    Clutch cover gets very hot!

Maybe its just me being paranoid but the clutch cover gets very very hot on my warrior. I noticed it after a 1.5 hr ride the cover was very hot and I could not touch it with my hand. It cant be good for the motor to get that hot. The exhaust silencer gets very hot as well . I am running a 150...
