    New Bar clamp

I Wanted a new billet bar clamp and found this for a good price so I grabbed it. Cleaned it up and installed it the other day. Can't wait to go riding! My riding spot got flooded out from all the rain last week so riding got delayed again.

    possibly bad CDI?

Hopefully that works. Thats weird that it only does it when its in gear and with the clutch pulled in.

    possibly bad CDI?

Hmm maybe the clutch is dragging?? Im stumped on this one

    possibly bad CDI?

It does it under load correct? Thats why I am thinking its a main jet issue.

    possibly bad CDI?

Have you cleaned your carb lately? Or maybe its a cracked intake boot?
  17. warriorkid23

    possibly bad CDI?

Parking brake wires disconnected?? If not follow the 2 wires off the clutch perch down to where they connect and disconnect them and see if that helps.

    stripped bolts on exhaust

I would try the rivet route. You can always drill them out and re install when you need too. That alum is soft and it will keep stripping out every time you re tapp it.
