Good to hear, I didn't think it would change anything. Had to have one, latest teardown to repaint frame and after ordering a bunch of billet goodies couldn't put the old rusty head pipe back on. Will post pics soon.

Installed a Powerbomb header, already had FMF pipe, K&N and vented airbox, it ran perfect on the previous jetting so should this effect it or should this be fine?

I've got new 22" front Razrs and they will rub on my Tusk nerfs .

I had a XT550,great working bike.I thought about swappin it into the Warrior,rough measurements looked like a good fit.They are a real torquey motor,kinda wish I did the swap.:iagree:

Plain jane Warriors in real good shape can go for $2500-$2800 in my part of the country,they are advertised for much more in Quebec and Ontario.Yammirider1990 had his for sale for $2500,$3000 come spring.I cant believe the differance in prices up here to across the border.

Check out Gasmans in the gone but not forgotten for another choice,he had stainless tubing.

Here is what I did,aluminum grille over steel mesh.

I think you're cutting off a lot of airflow,a heavy mesh or sceen might give you the protection you want and still have lots of air.

Got this off the site somewhere; 13/40 and 22s is 7.16 ratio, Stock gearing and 62 MPH. 12/40 and 22s is 6.60 ratio, Motor will be very torquey but lose top end. 12/40 and 20s is 6.00 ratio, First gear will be useless, and you'll run though the gears way to fast. 13/40 and 20s is 6.51 ratio...

I'm runnin ITP 20" 4ply, never had a puncture yet and the trails roads we run are all rocky.14/38 gearing works good for me. Runnin 22" Razr 4 plys on the other one,no punctures or problems with them either.

Drove my sister's 2010 Accord V6 coupe for a week in Ontario.I'm not one for cars but sure had fun with that. If I got a car I would want another Volks GTI,loved mine.
