Any word on this stuff,pics ?

I dont think you will find any paint that will last as long and be as good as powder coating,epoxy paint might be the toughest.

Ebay is good but Rocky Mountain gets lots of my money too.

I made up this holder,used an impact gun.Measure your springs to see if they are within specs unless you want to go with the heavy duty.

I looked up a 2000 600 head ,it at least looks similar.

First 660 Grizz that I found listed is an 02, head looks the same as mine, 08 I think.

Fuse is in the black rubber holder bottom of pic,connected to red wire on the left going into the harness.

Mine is a newer head,no comparison.Bore is half an inch bigger,bolt pattern not even close.

I've got a 660 head in the shop,I'll dig it out and compare it to a warrior head.

I used to use my dremel tool with a cut off wheel before I got a breaker.

It is the season for rebuilds and repairs though.Started tearing one down yesterday.

Just remove a couple of links.

I can't complain,we had a green Christmas,we only have 5 or 6 inches of snow and temps in the 30s through the day.Not too bad for being north of Maine.

I'm jealous,all that sand and WARM weather.

I run 14/38 with 20" tires on one of mine,good top end ,still has pretty good bottom end.
