Both mine have never been busted,both spare motors have been busted,one repaired perfectly,lucky only one large chunk broke off.

Elbow grease.If you're tired of doing it why would someone else do it cheap?Try a fine wire brush on a drill and dremel,then polish with coarse to fine compounds.Takes work but looks good.

Had mine forever , never shaved it.

I got one off of ebay for $47.00 back in April still workin good,made in china but works great so far.

The clunk from the starter is normal,they all do it. There is a manual on here you can download.

Blast them and leave them raw/clearcoat

Ordered mine for a 250F,fits ok a little close to the stator cover but works fine.
