It's a little loud for me but I could remove some discs , the sound itself is the problem not as mellow as the FMF.It's not bad,I'm not in a rush to change it or anything,but will be getting a
new pipe sooner or later.
Break the bead and install a stem upside down in the original location,drill the hole for the new stem opposite of the original on the other side and install the new stem.
I got the bumper from somewhere in Quebec,the brand is T Racing ?I've never heard of them
before, it's nice and solid and only needed minor tweaking to fit.
Finished repacking the silencer, no wonder it was loud there was almost no packing left in it.
It's much quieter now but still a little...
I got it from Bassballs818,It was a kit from North Coast ATV ? Nice and compact,fits between the frame rails.I've got a layer of extruded mesh under a piece of slotted aluminum for a mount and protection.

Changed the clutch and springs and added an extra steel disc, that should fix the slipping.Finished drilling and tapping for the oil cooler made a mount and guard for it in front of the steering stem.
Made a rotor holder for loosening the clutch boss nut.
Clutch installed and oil cooler...
Got the electrical gremlins figured out,some people should not touch anything electrical,ever.Put a stock exhaust on while I fight with the supertrapp,doesnt want to come apart,and went for a test drive.It's running rich right now but I dont want to mess with it until I put the pipe back on...

I'm taking the exhaust (Supertrap) apart to try and quiet it down some,I know that removing discs should help,it has twelve in it now.The canister in the pipe should slide out the rear of the pipe shouldnt it?I've got some ceramic insulation from work to try...
