Those 55 watts were H3,like I said never had a problem with them ,only ran the pair when I was travelling with the revs up.

How much of a differance in diameter?I've only replaced them once but they were the same.

That bottom roller is identical to the top and is bolted the same way.I run two 55 watt lights on one of the warriors with no problems.I had the two as high beams and a single small one as a low beam.

There is supposed to be a top and bottom roller for the chain and the chain does go through the guide,you are missing about half of it. Those tabs are for a rear skid plate,a good investment.Just be sure to keep your chain aligned and adjusted.Lookin good too!

Never had a problem, I've got two with them flipped.Expect to get wetter and muddier though.

Bearings & seals came in yesterday,picking up a new battery today.I might just get a test drive in this weekend. I thought the yellow might be too much,not bad though. Decals turned out allright That cross bar pad has to go,new one on order

When I painted mine I tested it on the old factory engine skid, let the new paint dry for a day or two then applied the clear coat. Turned out great and really brought out the colour. I get up that way a couple times a year,sister in Montreal and nephew in Ottawa.
