Ok so any tips to start with transferring parts from the old case to the new one? didn't have the money for a Clymer manual so anything would help.

It was the bearing on the sprocket side blew. They must have replaced the spacer though. Same **** happened to mine. I had to buy another carrier off of 87warrior.

Yeah me an lock tight dont get along to well. So I'm just going to torq it to spec and call it that. Anyone know were I can pick up a nice case for under 100? I found one on ebay for that. Also what's some tips I need on the bearings in them? Like will they need pulled and replaced or what?

Yeah Taking all of my parts out of mine to throw in a new case body. My got cracked bad under the head. I've got a friend that has a flywheel puller. That is if it fits. I'm thinking about hauling it up to my high school and using their impact and torq wrench. Another question, what do the head...

Well my case is shot. I was wondering what special tools do I need to be able to transfer everything over to a new one. Maybe a video tutorial would be nice as well! lol Thanks for any input

Well I got epoxy on it tonight. Gotta wait for some decent weather to try it out. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow.

Well all of them were like that. They wouldnt tighten up worth anything. The only thing I can think of is that there might have been oil in them from the tare down. Who knows..What would the left side of the case probably cost me?

Hell in the manual it says to put oil on the threads on that page.. But no I didnt clear them.... what do you think 98? You think JB will hold it? I mean it wouldnt hurt to try i guess. Just for shitts this bike is going to be getting sold soon..I'm tired of dumping money into it all the time...

Well should I loosen the head bolts? I mean the wrench was set on 14 foot pound torq b/c i was just being safe at first. As they all just kept going and going..till POP...I dont understand that part. Is JB heat resistant? cause itll get pretty damn hott there.

No its near the right side of the stator or whatever that is..on the left side..like up from the oil filter..

This is just crazy..I just dropped another 200 in the bike on some stuff..gaskets and piston rings being the main problem. Well after everthing was set I went at torquing the head bolts. Looked in the manual on here, page 79, and it says to be set at 29 ft lbs torq. So I went at it..thinking it...

If it's not different I have a silencer for an 04 warrior. It has the spark screen in it as well.

Well if it were low on acid what would that do? because it would hiss all the time. and when we got it we had two plugs in the top that we had to replace..and the cleanin aspect is going to suck. cause there's a good bit of stuff surrounding it.
