Go to www.harborfreight.com they have the equipment to change the tires real cheap and you can do it yourself. Or take it to any regular tire station, that is what I do.

Simple green and a brush or Doctor mechanic when I can find it. Dr. mechanic is a product they sell down here in florida its like a degreaser but it doesn't fade the parts.

The trail tech clamp will race your bars almost an inch. I have the trailtech clamp with the computer base, got it on ebay for 30 bucks .
