Thanks YamaRider did it and I think the reverse has to do something with the clutch switch because now with the wires together everything is fine.

Hi guys: I just change my clutch lever for an aftermarket one MSR shorty.Why isn't my reverse working? I know since I remove the clutch neutral switch I can only started in neutral but what is going on with my reverse?
