    Electrical Problems

It possible. However if nothing is working id go for the fuse again. You may be untaping the whole harness and going through. 2 wires could be touching or one grounding on the frame. It also could be a bad ground somewhere since you repainted the frame. The only solution is to start checking...

    clutch switch

It's on your handle bars on the clutch lever. It prevents the motor from starting if its in gear and the clutch is not pulled.

    Misfire

Lean jetting, or it could be rich. I need a better description. Try changing the main jet.

    Carb question

You need 3 things to start. Gas, spark, and air. If your getting all 3 then you should be able to fire it... You may think i sound crazy but try pull starting it with another 4 wheeler or try to be pushed. If you have gas spark and air i can almost guarentee you that it will start. I...

    Engine Cleaners, Shiners?

I use tire and wheel cleaner... as most are safe for aluminum and good and removing caked on stuff and a scrub brush. Other than that simple green is good. To make it shine i know black magic has some 2 in one engine cleaner and shine. But i have never had any luck with the engine cleaners.

    Ready to ride!

Then your going to want to go with the xc klaws. But klaws are awesome..... completely outperform razr's and holeshots just because they hook just as well and dont wear out. And about the welds..... i think it should hold up. Its deff. going to have a harder time breaking in that spot again.

    Need some help...

Well its nothing wrong with the carb...... Your killswitch should cut the spark, and if that doesnt work the key should. The only reason they wouldnt shut the motor down is if the motor was so hot it was firing off the sides of the cylinder and the head instead of the spark plug. I dont think...

O no blue smoke! Oil experts needed

If your doing a top end rebuild then the gasket sets on ebay have the seals in them already.

    MY ARM IS SORE!!!!!!!

Just buy a new clutch lever and man up. Any clutch lever with a ball bearing pivot or even a brass pivot is way easier.

O no blue smoke! Oil experts needed

Since its only on startup and stops once its warmed up id say valve seals but i could be wrong.

    Cam Or Carb

Cam and then carb later. Build your motor around the carb, the gain will be much larger then.

    Ratio/tires

It will give you a little more top speed and cut down on acceleration. You will lose more power from the tire weight than a ratio change.

O no blue smoke! Oil experts needed

It wont hurt the engine but it will hurt the clutch. If you do put it in your going to need a new cltuch kit soon. Sounds to me like valve seals...... which are very cheap and easy to replace.

    o4 warrior

It could be a faulty starter button. Start in gear sensor, clutch sensor. All found on the clutch lever. The easiest way to fix it completely is to eliminate the sensors completely.
