    stage 1/2/3 cam?

Your much Better off Going with a webcam and some titanium springs. Those hotcams like to rattle the valves enough at stage one...at stage 2 they still say not to use titanium springs. But they all work....you just have to watch your valve adjustment a little more. Also cams go better with some...

Take a look a this setup

This actually has been done to a warrior before.... but i have no idea where i saw it now. Arias pistons used to make custom pistons for just about anything (its where i got mine years back) However i dont know if they make warrior pistons anymore....if they do i reccomend them over JE and wiseco.

    Octane question

Always run high octane pump gas in the warrior.... its air cooled. Like said higher octane runs cooler. I mix c12 and 93 pump gas... but im alot higher compression than you.

    best place to buy tires?

Normally quad tires run at 4ply....alot of the XC tires are 6ply

    Oil cooler came!

Hayden # 401 tranny cooler is the perfect size to fit under the hood on the frame rails. You just have to bend the fins a little to get past the hood mounts.

    Break in

Break ins are often argued.... One big secret is not to lug the motor, break ins should be done on a flat surface and you should keep it up in the rpms. For the first start up i would take it easy and ride around for maybe 10 mins or 15 mins But make sure during this first period that you do...

    varnished gasoline and our carbs

It seems like most gas stations are switching to this 10% ethanol stuff. My vehicle can run on E-85 and i was alll excited to use it and save some cash. What they dont tell you is it decreases your gas mileage by 30%, and shortens the life of pretty much everything including oil. If you really...

    changing the front sprocket

I used to ride every single day for months straight when this board first started... I work 55 plus hours a week doing heavy construction now... the last thing i want to do on sundays is beat myself up on the warrior. I'd much rather go for a cruise on the bike or just relax. After i wore out...

    Sprocket question

70ish 12/44 would be stupid. you are going to shift more than you are going to move

    rear shock question

Go with the raptor then.... But this is a sketchy mod.. The raptor rear shock was never a good idea to me whatsoever. I alters to entire geometry of the rear end. You never going to be able to keep your chain tightened right. Added stress on just about every other rear end part also.. The...

what needle you got in your edel?

I run the 20E 12:1 compression, .430 webcam, yoshi exhaust, filter on carb, mild port and polish. other small things My bike still runs slightly lean.... i just dont ride enough to worry about it.

    Direct reverse shifter

If you know how to put it in reverse and take it out... the warrior has the easiest to use and fastest reverse system out there. I know what you mean when you say its hard.. but there are tricks to make it easy... a little feather of the clutch and its like butter

    Poll: ttwarrior78 Elite Vote

im gonna have to say no.... going off of what the elite was originally started from this isnt it... The elite machines of the past were modded to an extreme point... other than the a arms the mods are pretty basic. Very nice machine though

    Sprocket question

62 mph stock. My estimate is you would be running somewhere between 68 and 74 wide open. Each front tooth makes about a 3-5 mph diffrence. Each rear tooth makes about a 1-2 mph diffrence.

    changing the front sprocket

I'm the only person on the board who wont run an oring chain. I bought a cheap primary drive 520H racing chain. Non o-ring and ran it for a full year with no problems. Oring chains are too stiff and too heavy IMO. Keep it oiled and clean and both will last a long time I mean 27 bucks for a...

    rear caliper leak????

Yea its the piston seals You could try cleaning them but i think its like 7 bucks for new one.

    rear shock question

Those are your 2 choices... unless you go aftermarket. I have the banshee... its a big improvement over the stock pogo stick of a shock. Its also easier to find and cheaper than the raptor. You will have to mod the airbox to get it to fit.

    hotrods crank

16:1 compression? It cannot be done on the warrior. I would just buy a new crank. Buying used is gonna save you money... but its exactly that.... used.

    What kind of Brakes/ Rotor

Yea man once its warped its toast... it would be damn near impossible to ever get it straight again. And untill its straightened your going to eat up brake pads like crazy... not to mention kill some power.

    little play in the steering...?

there is only one bearing... and its mounted in the frame at the bottom of the stem.... your going to have a hell of a time. I never replaced mine just because i never wanted to deal with it.
