ehh sounds like something other than it needing a high performance stator. The stock stator should be able to handle that no prob. Most of the time people go to high performance stator to add more/brighter lights or something of the like.

Pop the cover off the side and make sure it turns over/ has compression. Other than that id say its worth the price.

PARKING BRAKE SENSOR is a good thing to toss in the trash before trying to deal with any kinda carb problem... 50% of the time the carb is fine and its that sensor that messes up. This bike should run fine with the stock jetting and these mods seeing as they are really no huge change in air...

I have the 12:1 in mine. I cant really tell you how much of a gain i got from it alone seeing as i did a ton of mods at once. But even with the .430 cam it still has plenty of low-end power. It would be a wise choice to run a mix of 92 and race gas..... however as long as it wasnt like 80...

Always use a penetrant oil.... even if you dont need it, it still lubes the threads. And when putting bolts back in try a good anti seize. I have only ever had problems with the gas tank bolts really, and 1 clutch cover bolt.

Dont forget about all the added heat on the exhaust valve....ouch!
