I can't believe this bike will not start

The problem I have is that the electrical components changed in 2002 The manual on here is for an earlier year. I have no idea if the values have changed. Does anyone have a shop manual for a 2002 or newer that has these values? I agree something has to be bad electrical I just don't think I...

I can't believe this bike will not start

I think the timing makes sense. I thought I would check to see the key in the flywheel was sheared causing the fly wheel to move and be out of time. I replaced the timing chain and the piston rings a week ago. I had the bike running at one point it took for hell and ever to get it to start...

I can't believe this bike will not start

The bike does flood after excessive cranking on the starter. I have checked the timing and the woodrift key in the flywheel. I will check it again when I get home but I am fairly sure the timing is right. I agree that is exactly what it sounds like to me. But when it was checked it was dead on

    Carb issues

Stock Warrior 2004 model, Minkuni carb developed idle issue. Will not maintain constant idle speed. Idle will become erratically high and then drop so low it will stall. I replaced Minkuni with an Edelbrock Quicksilver. Still has idle issues, all over the place! Has new rings, new piston, valves...

    smoke coming from head

Ok sorry guys for the late reply. The smokes color is white. The head bolts are tight and to proper torque specs. The head pipe is stock with a FMF slip on. I do have the washer/gasket on the head pipe. The head however I did not check to see if it is flat, the o ring seals for the valve...
