Believe it or not that's a dupli-color spray can paint called "metalcast".
After prepping the wheels I put about 6 coats of the paint and 6 coats of a clear acrylic enamel. Its still not as thick of a coating as I would like so I'm considering taking them to an auto body place and having them...
