Lower gearing and lower rotating weight. Meaning faster acceleration but lower top speed unless you change a sprocket to compensate.

And a lower center of gravity like ogener said, but that won't matter much if at all because it'll just be 1 inch lower.
 
you would have faster acceleration with a lower top speed unless you regear. you will also have a slightly lower center of gravity and the quad will therefore handle a little better.
