99 Warrior HELP!

I have a 99 warrior 350 and when you give it about half to full throttle in any gear it will run then BOG down then run then BOG down and it will keep doing that as long ass you have it at half to full throttle. And the thing is bone stock. So what are some things that i need to check first??? thanks for the help

dirty carb, take apart and clean with carb. cleaner and compressed air, or you can turn gas off run carb. dry spray carb cleaner and compressed air down fuel line that might work.
