Anybody know of any aftermarket shock companies that will build shocks to a custom length? My lovely burgard a-arms require shocks that are about 3/4" shorter than the stock ones, otherwise my tie rod ends bind up. Right now i'm rolling around with front shocks from a suzuki eiger, which are the right length, but super-gangsta since they're valved for a 600 lb 4x4.

i think elka would build you some, i know you can order custom length shocks for a 300ex with 400 a arms so they should be able to do it for you.

yeah, i think the problem is actually within the a-arm design, but shorter shocks will fix the problem. The issue is that tie rod ends have a limited range of motion, and my front suspension would drop beyond the limits when the suspension drops out all the way, like when jumping.

I will be selling the shocks. One of my buddies is slightly interested, but make me an offer for them and i'll find out what he's willing to give me for them.

That's interesting. So basically the a arm mounting points where the lower shock mounts to is in the wrong location or to close eye to eye? You do have stock length warrior shocks correct?
