Were really needing to look at the ceramic part. From this angle it looks nice and toasty brown/white. Looks perfect to me........from what I can see.

so I can't figure out the reason why the idle won't turn down any I loosened the cable and still no change so I think I'm gonna put the clip back at the 3rd notch and wait till my 157.5 main jet comes in tomorrow gonna go get that done now since not much going on here.

That just doesn't make sense. Remove the side cover and make sure the idle screw is in contact with the linkage. No matter where your needle is you can still adjust the idle.

Prob not. Was just playing video games and checking cl. Didn't realize it was this late.

you really need to cut the threads all the way off of it to see the whole ceramic part. you should be able to see a ring around it about half way down.

also, 3rd gear WOT doesn't really get it. you need to get all the way to 6th WOT and shut it off and pull the clutch in and come to a stop.

yeah well 6th gear wot on a city street is out of the ?
I did put the clip back to stock and she idles down now with the idle screw so must have been the needle being on the 4th notch making it idle high still waiting for the 157.5 main jet to come then gonna try that. and then I need my modded clutch cover and new clutch kit to get here too was hoping to get this all wrapped up this weekend but not looking like it's gonna happen(BUMMER)trails open on May 1st and she ain't even close to being ready to go suck's ball's...:argh:
