I have a few questions regarding cams and misc.

1. What would be a good cam for mid to top end power ?
2. How much would it cost for the cam, valves, and valve springs?
3. Would I need to upgrade other parts like a piston if I got a defferent cam and valves?
4. Can I expect a good increase in power with a cam and new valve set-up

You should buy a cam, piston and spring set together. That would give you the most bang for your buck, and a pretty good power increase from what I've read. You don't need valves though. Just do a search because this has been discussed many, many times.
