Can you replace the mounts on a frame?

I bent the grab bar mounts on the back of my frame from doing a wheelie and standing it up on the grab bar. Can new mounts be welded on to replace the bent ones? I dont ride my 350 that much so I can just leave it but if I sell the quad I want to either fix it or tell the buyer what it would take. Or I can part it out but that would be a shame on an 06 quad with less than 40 hours on it thats in good shape otherwise. I appreciate all tips.

Sounds like an easy weld. Take it to a local welder and have it welded back on, especially if your gona sell it. If the buyer see's that they will be like wtf this guy must have been hard on this thing...
