I know you have to use the clutch to get moving but how many of you actual use the clutch shifting? Like going 4th to 5th do ya'll use the clutch or just shift? I like using the clutch i find it lets the engine rev up more.

I sometimes get lazy and don't use it for down shifting or up shifting. (if I have a beer in my hand) I always take the load off of the engine before shifting and usally shifts easier then using the clutch.

lol, well that case i wouldn't use the clutch. I used to do that till i started to ride harder and harder then i road my dads dirt bike for a while and got used to using the clutch and tried it on the raptor and i like it much better... plus i can get the front end light up to 5th sitting down.

I don't think I can even get mine to come up sitting down past 4th. I know you can do it in 3rd no clutch.

mine you can see the front get super light in the upper gears.. I bet daves warrior can get the front end up with tall gearing in the upper gears.

mine pulls up in the first 3 without helping it.... after that its pretty much impossible to get it to come up without some serious pulling.

I use the clutch to shift probably 95 percent of the time, I just like the way if feels better. sometimes if im just putsing around i wont clutch but thats rare that im putsing around.

Finally someone telling the truth...All the people that say "I can pull it up 5th gear sitting down on flat ground" is full of ****. I can bring it up in 5th on the z if theres a bump but other than that it wont come up in 5th on flat ground...

even sitting down leaning way back in 4th you can clutch the **** out of it and even then it will bearly come up and if it does it's just for a quick second.
I can do a 3rd gear one pretty easy...

Ya lol and thats with a built engine, most people that claim they can bring it up in 4th or 5th have like a slip on pipe haha...
