from what I can tell that part your asking about is normal, oil causes them to stick together. It looks like you are moving the steels on the inner drive hub so that should be ok. It is possible that the inner drive hub could be badly worn causing the steels not to slide freely inside the assembly under load.
 
well my clutch isnt disengaging, im new to all this so im still trying to do trial and error. what is the inner drive hub located? and how could i test it?
 
man i have read all of this problem and i still think it in your adjustment this has been a real problem and its got to be somthing simple
