Crank bearing?

Anyone know where to buy these other than dealer? Found metal filings in my oil filter and think this is the culprit.

it might not be your crank bearing, it might be your connecting rod bearing. if your gonna tear it all the way down to there you might as well wait till you tear it down to find out what it is...

pivot works are pretty good bearings too

the rod bearing are common to go bad in the 350, because its air cooled and oil brakes down faster when its heated past 190deg. to prevent this you need a oil cooler and change your oil often, when you see lots of metal in your oil filter your rod bearing is going bad, if you know someone with a machine shop all you need is a jig to hold the crank, hyd. press to remove and install the new bearing and pin and a lathe to straighten it
