dual foot peg mod

anybody ever did this mod? it is where you bolt the two sets together for wider pegs for cheap? if so could you post what you did and/or pics?

I did this. All I did was bolt the 2 pegs together through the existing holes. I drilled the holes out a little bit more so I could use a heavier bolt, and I had to actually cut the bolt to the exact inside width of the peg so I could slip it in between, and still have enough thread to securely thread the nut on the other side.

haha, looking at that picture, I realize how badly I need to polish my new nerfs, my dg's looked ballin as all hell when they were all shined up. These ac's aren't even aluminum looking anymore, they're just flat grey. Guess I know what i'm doing this weekend now ;D

That double peg def creates a way better stabil platform then stock.

Yeah, they're nice for a cheap easy mod. The IMS pegs are definitely a step up though, it's like standing on extra-grip pillows.

yeoldtyme is selling them off his old warrior but he wants like $50 more then I paid for mine new. I got mine on ebay for $159
