Good price to ask

I'm thinking about selling the raptor, after seeing how slow it is I don't see the point in keeping it. I'm going to buy new plastic for it because the old stuff is cracked, cut and painted, I'm also going to be taking everything off it oil cooler, skid plates, bars, air filter and jet kit, but I'm going to leave the tires on it.

How much should I ask for a 2004 Raptor with brand new plastic?

Like 1,700 or so, book value for an 05 is 22, I dont think an 04 should be worth more than like 17 or so.

Jester are you crazy?? You could get alot more than 1700 for a 2004..I have no idea really what they acatually bring but i know its over atleast 2200...

Yeh I was looking on NADA and $2295 to $3020. I think I'm going to leave my skids on, took them off and the frame was scratched. I don't know if I'm going to get new plastic because that $400 and I don't think I'm going to get that back, do you guys think I will? I will post a pic up in a bit of the plastic and bike.

Lets see, how did i get ripped off? Your the one trying to sell your raptor 350 for 2,700, and mine is in ALOT better condition.

Also, there is NO CHANCE IN HELL, your gonna get 2,700 for your bike, unless you spend the 500$ to put new plastics on, and clean it up a lot.

2004 is a warrior, did they make raptors in that year also?.......

Yeh 2004 was the last year for the warrior and the first for the Raptor. I'm going to bring it down to on of the popular riding places some time soon and put up a for sale sign on it and see what happens

Good luck getting 2700, Florida right now isnt the hot spot to sell a quad. I tried selling my decked out 05 Z400 for 3500 a few months ago, and no bites.
3500 seems fair for this

I would suggest throwing it up on ebay for what ever with a reserve, but Honestly your not getting 2,700 ANYWHERE for what it looks like now. I suggest lower it down to 2,300 or lower, especially since its an 04.
