i rebuilt the top end on my warrior last summer, .040 over with wiseco high comp piston, hot cam stage 1 cam, vesrah valves, new valve seals, valves adjusters, cleaned the ports upmnew cam chain and guides, bigger main jet,K&N filter wit open lid,and about 6 months later the low end locks up on me lol! figures but any way i got it sent out and rebuilt so its brand new, plus i got side cover gaskets and input output seals and i gotta still but the yamaha sealant for putting cases back together, but i just about got all i need and was wandering if i can get any tips on doing it since ive never rebuilt low end on a warrior,i got all my parts sitting in buckets and the main thing im worried about is the transmission shaft and gears, which i left in intact as much as possible and the gears are still on the shafts, luckily i have a manualand my dad (Diesel Mechanic) to help and i was just wandering if i can get any tips thanks guys...its been about time i can get to rebuild this damn thing...lol
