Yeah thats right.. I want an all out 500cc warrior. I will be looking for 400 kodiak parts on e-bay and hopefully be able to put something together.

Soooo you want to attemp the ol 500 or should I say 489.9. Anyway you'll need a 90mm sleeve, I'm sure Greg from CWR can get that for you, now you need somone to move the crank pin up 6.25mm, and put the Kodiak rod on. Next a bit needs to be taken off the base of the cases for the monster sleeve to fit. The only thing you need from the Kodiak is the jug and rod. JE can make you a piston.Yeah your looking at with all the other mods you got like 50HP, it will be a monster. BTW I have a certain Powroll Race cam with like an hour on it that will compliment that tremendos long stroke duration. Remember not only is the stroke longer but the Kodiaks rod is longer increasing piston duration at top and bottom dead resulting in better cylinder fill. Mickey did do his homework with this motor.

Sweet.. I was hoping you would respond.
I think I can get the parts for cheap on ebay or something.
From my understanding I need the cylinder, and rod from the kodaik. Plus the cam chain and tensioner and longer head bolts? I want to make sure I have all the parts.
In this book it they say 77mm stroke.. dave that doesn't seem right? 12.5mm more stroke?

Yeah thats it man the pin gets moved up 6.25mm resulting in 77mm stroke, but remember the Kodiak jug is like 5 or 6mm taller, you'll also need to fabricate new upper head motor mounts as it is taller.

I know this has nothing to do with this topic..But i was on exriders and there was a guy on there that put an xr650 motor in his warrior..he has one if a 400ex that makes 70 hp at the wheels
