Hey members...Just got an old 02. It needs a new intake, front tire and front handle bar. any recomendation? thanks, Hope to be very active here.

Welcome. Pro Taper bars unless you're on a budget. Then Tag are pretty decent. GBC tires and not sure what you mean by intake but you can get a clamp-on filter kit.
