im just wondering seeing how i have it off already and off. if i tape up the holes. could i be able to clean the dirt off and repaint it with high heat black paint?

Yep i used a high heat engine enamel. LOTS of people on here do.

Yepp. Id suggest hittin it was an adhesion promoter. As far as paint i wouldnt use anything but PJ1 fast black. Its the only stuff ive used that doesnt start flaking after a year or so.

Thats what I used... did it last year and its still on! Bit covered in dirt now but paint isn't flaking of or anything...
