problem

some idiot who owned my quad before me tc welded the front spindle bolts, unsure why mayb they never heard of lock tite? but i have no way to get them off, any suggestions?

Oh man do I hate that, mine had a bolt on the spindle tack welded, luckily there was room around it so I just took a grinder to it. Maybe you'll be able to fit a dremel into there if there's not enough room for a grinder.

so you ground it off then how did you get the bolt out?

Well mine had just 1 tack weld on a side of the head, I ground it off and the bolt came out using vicegrips.

If it's welded all the way around you may have to grind it down a lot then use an ease out to get the bolts out.
