Sputtering

My bike just started this today, when you give it like more than 1/4 throttle, it will just sputter almost like not enough fuel

Check your parking brake, it may be engaged. Pretty common on the 350s.

i have the block off installed, it seems to be a carb problem

That doesn't mean it won't think it's disengaged. Did you connect the 2 wires that go to the system on the clutch lever?

yes it worked fine until now i did the block-off like 6 months ago
