starter clutch

Hi everyone love the updates on the site. ;D I have a question about the starter clutch. OK how can i tell if its good or bad. I have the pull starter on mine also. When i pull it the starter motor is turning also :'(. I got a new starter clutch and it spins both ways . :-X I really don't know how to tell whats good or bad . Is there some sort of test i could do or something. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What i mean by the starter clutch is the one way bearing just in case you didnt understand what i was talking about . IKNOW ONE OF YOU WARRIOR OWNERS GOTTA KNOW WHAT IM YTALKING ABOUT . PPPPPPPPPPLEASE HELP THANKS

Well to test the one way clutch is to turn it one way and it will spin freely... the other way it should lock up. Sounds like maybe it's installed wrong or it's always locked up.
