Right behind you!
K i live in Ohio and i was watching the news today and i saw a thing about 5 kids running from the cops on 4 fourwheelers. They were at a metro park(walking/running/hiking tails) which is illegal to ride on and a ranger saw them so they decided to run and one of them ran over the ranger. The ranger caght 1 kid and one atv then called the cops. The kids rode down a highway and into the woods. Eventualy the cops cought up to the 3 atvs and got 2 more atvs. 1 kid is on foot and there is one more kid on a four wheeler that got away. When i watched i saw that one of the four wheelers was a warrior. I dont no bout u but ive been in this situation before and its kinda fun ;D but they went to far. What do you think about these kids and does anybody no who had the warrior?

i ran from the cops one time on my quad..

got away... for a few hours... but still

they really ****** up

Well you shouldn't run if can't get away, it'll cost a lot less money, plus if you do get caught after fleeing you may not get you bike back.

If kids werent stupid to begin with they wouldnt have to run from cops and ruin it for us smart people...

well when me and my friends ride we always get the cops called on us and we use to always stop but we were never doing anything worng so we would stop, we always had permision to ride were ever we ride but since the cops have got so many complaints they are over rulling our riding abilitys at the places we ride so we always run now. We never get caught because we no like every place where we live. We never do anything to were we run over people though thats just crazy.

Also if the people were i live hate us riding were we ride y dont they get the city to build us a track or give us some land thats just set out for riding? They have plunty of land they just bought over 300 acers and dont use any of it. If they dont give us somewere to ride they should just deal with it becuase no matter what they do im never getting rid of my quad even if i have to run from people.

We were promised plenty land after buying the quads and paying for some crap florida demanded. They said with that money they will be making new riding area's. but instead they have seriously stopped 3 riding area's in the last year. It doesnt make sense that florida is like the 2nd most sales of atv's.

In PA you have to have your quad (but not dirtbikes for some odd reason???) registered with the DCNR and have a plate on it. The fees were going to pay for new trail systems....yeah right. I've seen nothing but good riding spots closed down. I don't condone running, but I've done it a few times. Now I have a trailer and I haul to wherever I can ride without hassle. Once you get a little older you realize it's not worth the hassle.....even though it is kinda fun....lol.

I moved to Western NY and we have to have a registration aswell. Most counties require insurance too! And of course there is absolutely no where to ride hassle free. Someone is making money.

there was a petition going around to build a track to ride here. my family signed it and it was passed on. I doubt its going to go through but I hope so. I would be there all the time!

yesterday when I was riding, I was riding on the road a bit and then when I was off it, my dad flagged me over and told me not to go on the road cause there was a "undercover" O.P.P (ontario provincial police) so if they caught me on the road I dno what they would do?

The problem with stupid people is that there so many of them and nobody to eat them all.

I dont run from cops, I try not to ride illegal places. It also doesnt help to run from a cop when I have some sort of number plate Id on the front, side, and back of my quad with My racing info. as well as name. Which I happen to have on every bike I own haha, except my old warrior, I take her EVERYWHERE!!!!

me and my freinds have been in that situation PLENTY of times before.. but running over the cop is TOO much! i mean he could have been seriusly hurt or killed!!! but round here there are SOO many trails that it dont take long to get away

I wish the cops would catch all the little fuckers that try **** like this. All it does is give our sport a bad name and makes it even harder for us legitimate riders to find places to ride because of the reputation we get from the few ******* that think it's cool to run from the cops. It's not so bad if someone's just riding around on the road near trails, and ducks off into the woods if they see a cop, but when it's bad enough to make it into the news, it was taken way too far.

Here is the problem I have with the quad registering. I have mine registered, but can't ride anyware, we have one park in NJ, and it gets boring after the first few laps. I got a good idea, tell the EPA and friggin tree huggers to go screw, here in NJ we have vast acers of land down in South Jersey called the Pine Barrens, it's mostly sand and pine trees and it's super protected by state rangers and the EPA, we ride, but with caution so as not to get caught. If you have to register you should be able to ride on state property, other wize there just stealing our money, end of argument. They better do somthing quick because their are more ATVs registered in NJ then ever before. And it's going to get worse.

were are ypu from in ohio?

NE Ohio area. About 15 min south of Akron. I live right down the street from the Akron Canton Airport which has some sweeeet illegal trails but the cops gave up becuase there is too many people that ride there.
