Right behind you!
K well i have a web cam with the .430 lift and the kibblewhite titanium spring kit. So i called into webcam to see if the gapping changed and they told me that the....

Intake- .004
Exhaust- .005

I know the stock gaping is much different and i think this might be the problem that my starter cant turn the engine over.

Is this the correct gapping for my cam and springs?

yes.. the stock isn't that far off and will not effect starting. I believe it's like .003 and .006 or something close to that. I would pull the side cover off so you can roll the engine over. Pull the spark plug out and see how freely it does. You should be able to roll it over pretty easy. I'm guessing your starter is ****.

Like push the warrior while its in gear? And its a high compression piston so it would be a little harder to push, correct? And i think the starter is fine it might just be that its still just almost dead. Im getting a new battery tomarrow so ill see if it was the battery or the starter.

When you adjust your valves you take the cover off of the left side of the engine so that way you can turn it over... there is a bolt under that cover (to turn the engine over) and then the screw on the top side of the case so you can tell where tdc is...
All you have to do is pull the spark plug out and the side cover off and roll the engine over and see how hard it is. I'm guessing that it's going to be pretty easy. Also being the fact that there many people with high compression pistons with no problems turning this engine over with the stock ****.
If you do have a problem then you'll have to take your engine back appart and see whats wrong.

Okay i did that and it turns like 2 times easy and one time hard. Isnt the hard turn the compression stroke, on that hard turn i can hear air excapeing? So i think its all good. I think i just need a new battery.

Just a tip for you guys....

I dont bother with that myself. All I do is *lightly* bump the starter (i.e. tap... tap... tap) to turn the engine, to get that particular cam-lobe opposite the rocker, tweak that valve accordingly, and repeat for the rest.

Its simple, and wont hurt anything. Pretty common technique for OHC motorcycle engines.

BTW, dont ever hold the starter, just do quick taps. Otherwise you'll make an oil mess on most engines ;)

Thanks, i have my battery on the charger, i plan on keeping it on there for two days to make sure its got a good charge. Then im going to get an otometer and use the trubleshooting guide out of my service manual to try and find out where my electical problem is.

K well the battery is charged and the starter turned over perfectly fine when i bypassed everything. I cheched the solenoid and it forsure is good. I think its just the start button becuase i cant think of anything else it could be. Unless the wires went bad somewhere in between. So im going to the salvage yard tomarrow with my warrior and im going to try and hook different electical stuff up to it there and just start switching stuff till it starts up.
