yep she's burning oil not much though just gotta figure out if it's the oil ring or the valve seals and go from there

most likely both it smoked a little on start up (seals) .... then it smoked every time you hit the throttle (it just takes a sec to get out of the exhaust ) witch means oil ring to me

yeah bones but it never got to full operating temp either though it was still cold

but if your going to pull the head to do valve seals you might as well do the rings well your there

true bones true and it would be cheaper to do it now before more damage occurs just be a hone new rings and new valve seals and maybe throw a new timing chain in too to get that out of the way

I have never pulled the head before bt im sure its not hard seeing some videos from beasstly topend rebuild and but im not sure how to do the seals?

but he does timing chain then he needs a flywheel puller

hell if you have the extra coin i'd say send the head to midway grab wiseco .40 over and gaskets

yeah it all depends on ho much you want to spend just fix what needs to be fixed or go a little further and and not have issues later

I would just like to keep it stock bones, if something ever came up where i had to sell it, i could but people like the fact that it has been "untouched" by some stranger, but if it was a shop that would be a different story. I have had things hoped up and bored in the past and i had a heck of a time trying to sell them.
