i have a 2000 350 warrior that has all aftermarket racing parts. and i am wondering what is the best kind of piston to get for it?? i only really need rings lol but i just went to the atv shop with my old rings to see if they had any and they didnt, but asked what kind of piston i have? and i dont know.. it doesnt have a name on it.. so i think it would be more easy to just get a new piston and rings?

Are there any numbers stamped or molded on it anywheres? They all mark them in some way shape or form for this reason, even stock pistons. That will in turn help you figure out if is been bored out at all. Wiesco and JE are 2 or the bigger names that make pistons and you can buy a kit with piston, rings, and gaskets.

I always go with wiseco, but the JE is very good, too. If the the letters UY are on the piston, it's factory yamaha.

yes under all the black **** at the top. i cant make it all out but the 1 number is 3321f and then under it is 419M08300. (like i said i cant make it all out as i cant get any more stuff off but thats most of the numbers i think

My personal opinion is that it depends on the kind of power ya wanna make & how far you're willing to go with fuel cost, etc, etc. A good simple upgrade is the Wiseco or a stock bore 10.5:1 JE "if" you're still stock bore & the cylinder is still in good shape.
If it's already been overbored but doesn't have a higher compression piston the Wiseco is a good choice. You can also eliminate the base gasket when you install it for a tad more compression & you still should be 93 octane safe.

the cylinder looks to be in good shape. and this atv is NOT stock. like i said before it has all aftermarket racing parts. and i stock warrior will do 50-60? this bike can do 130 i was told from the person i got it from (but i have only got her upto 90)
